Before becoming a counsellor, I have over 20 years of working as a motivational performance coach within the commercial industry.
Currently, I run my own private practice within the village location of Sellindge on the outskirts of Ashford, Kent.
I also work as a counsellor for East Kent College offering both support to students and staff, as well as offering emotional well-being support to young people in primary and secondary school settings across Southeast Kent.
I’m passionate about counselling neurodivergent young people and have a particular interest in offering a safe space to explore gender identities and sexuality.
I appreciate it can be scary to take the first steps in counselling and share your worries, feelings and concerns with someone besides family or friends. Therefore, I acknowledge the importance of the counselling relationship and sometimes we want to discuss our overwhelming feelings with a person who is impartial and non-judgemental. I feel it’s important for me to offer an introductory call where I will aim to answer any of your concerns or questions and put you at ease. Together we can decide if we would like to work together.
